 JD is a senior life sciences executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global quality, regulatory, and clinical operations across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics sectors. Prior to founding Atlas Scientific, Jeff was appointed to lead NSF’s Global Life Sciences business, where he oversaw a global team supporting regulatory strategy, clinical trial execution, and complex compliance programs for clients operating in highly regulated environments. His leadership helped stabilize a critical business unit and guide sponsors through high‑stakes operational and regulatory challenges.

Jeff’s career includes executive roles at Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare, Abbott, and Medtronic, where he built and led high‑performing teams responsible for full product lifecycle oversight, global submissions, and enterprise‑level quality systems. He brings a pragmatic, execution‑focused approach shaped by both his industry leadership and his early clinical experience in emergency medicine.
